We are not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, the AOUSC (Administrative Office of the United States Courts), Prometric, or any other organization. The mock exams provided on this platform were created based on the creators' personal experience with certification exams and professional field expertise. They are intended solely for practice and preparation purposes and do not represent or guarantee any specific outcomes on the official certification exam.

The mock exams and scoring units were developed based on the latest version of the examination manual published by the AOC. However, we do not claim any official association with the AOC or its certification processes.

All materials provided on this platform are the sole property of the creator. These materials are intended solely for the use of the individual user who registers for the platform. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, reproducing, or sharing any content in any form or manner without prior written consent from the creator. Any attempt to breach this agreement may result in the cancellation of your account, with no refund issued.

Some public materials and recordings may be available on this practice test platform. You will not be charged for these materials. All public materials, or materials generally available to the public, will be provided free of charge to all individuals who are authorized to use this platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

The price for access to the software and materials is as specified at the time of purchase. Payments must be made in full before access is granted. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or unused portions of the service.

We will provide reasonable efforts to address technical issues. Updates and improvements to the software may be provided periodically as part of your subscription.

This agreement will remain in effect until terminated. Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the software and return or destroy any materials provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Certified Spanish Interpreters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. You agree to indemnify and hold Certified Spanish Interpreters or its representatives harmless from any claims or damages arising from your actions.

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. When you register for access to our platform, we collect only your name and email address. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing you with access to the platform and facilitating communication related to your account.

We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to any third parties. Your data will only be used to provide the services you have requested, such as sending updates or support related to your account.
